ASSESSMENT

We’ll ask some questions about your issue as well as create a replacement part delivery timeline.  From there, we will offer you the soonest repair date possible.  Please remember, a specific timeline cannot be given, as each repair visit is contingent on the repair visit before, along with any unexpected hiccups such as traffic, weather, vehicle breakdowns, etc.

2.

AUTOMATIC SCHEDULE REMINDER

Once the repair visit has been scheduled, we’ll make sure you receive an automated reminder phone call the day before your appointment. This automated phone call will include an estimated repair timeframe allowing you to organize your day and not be stuck at home waiting for us.

3.

DAY OF SERVICE PHONE CALL

On the day of service, we’ll provide a courtesy call approximately 45-minutes ahead of your call.  That way if you are at work, running errands, or picking the kids up from school, this will allow you to get back in time, keeping your schedule on track while enjoying the affordable service you deserve.
